Panasonic High Speed & Viscom AI

With the high-speed screen printer and pick & place from world leader Panasonic, visitors can become acquainted with a series of machines from the absolute number 1 brand in the world, which was previously only reserved for the most wealthy companies that aspired to high-volume production. But from now on, Benelux companies can also enjoy a cost-effective Panasonic production line. During the fair, explanations will be provided with special attention to hardware, conversion, software, price setting and advantages of purchasing machines from a manufacturer that is itself a manufacturer. 

At Viscom, the bar has always been set high when it comes to flawless 3D AOI inspection, but now the company is going one step further by integrating artificial intelligence during the qualification process. This feature eliminates potential human errors but above all it will save the user a lot of time and money. During the fair you can experience live what the possibilities are now and in the future.

Pillarhouse In-line Selective Soldering & SPEA Flying Probe Tester

The Pillarhouse Orissa Synchrodex Pro is presented for the first time in the Benelux. This new in-line selective soldering machine can be constructed modularly and one module that has a dropjet fluxer, preheat and solder bath can process PCBs up to 1150 x 610 mm. This affordable selective soldering machine has the Pillarhouse long-lasting soldering nozzles and, in combination with ease of use, the machine delivers a very low cost-of-ownership. 

For the first time, Smd-Tec will also unveil a Flying Probe machine with its new partner SPEA. A combination of high throughput times and accuracy guarantees complete assurance of the tests and the functionality of the PCBAs. The ultra-fine soft-touch technology also ensures no damage to PCB or components during the FPT process.

Essemtec All-in-One and foil production

You can meet the Essemtec family at both the stand and the demo square. The bestseller in the Benelux, Essemtec Fox combines high-speed paste jetting with forming and can process the full spectrum of components up to miniature size of 008004 size (yes, that's ½ of 01005!). On the demo square, big brother Essemtec Puma will show how it is used for the production of foil and printed electronics, among other things. This is the all-round chameleon par excellence that can be adapted in all directions in terms of dimensions, speed and functionalities to customer requirements.

All processes under one roof

Furthermore, the visitor can become acquainted with Conformal Coating machines from PVA that guarantee the strict market requirements for protecting PCBAs in a flawless and repetitive manner. The Arcadia Component storage cabinets show how the user can save a lot of time and money by intelligently storing reels. Reflow soldering is demonstrated with the IBL damping phase machine that transforms the solder paste into a beautiful, shiny and lasting solder joint.
