How do you create a content plan, a plan for visitor recruitment in the run-up to, during and after a trade fair or event? And how do you create content that appeals to your existing and new customers and encourages them to take action? And how do you recruit visitors with LinkedIn? These practical questions were answered during the kick-off of the fairs Electronics & Applications and LabNL last Thursday at FHI in Leusden. We look back on a successful afternoon!

In addition to a practical presentation on the state of affairs regarding exhibitor recruitment and the fair floor plan, attendees could follow practical workshops with the aim of starting joint visitor recruitment.

But what next?

  • Start sharing social media every week on company accounts and those of colleagues.
  • Make the messages personal and attractive by telling your customers and relations what benefits they experience. What will they experience at the fair that they should not miss?
  • Make appointments now for the fair. Divide time slots in a tool such as Calendly for colleagues at the fair where interested parties can register.

Go for it!

Are you not yet registered as an exhibitor and would you like to read the presentations? Send an email to marit.van.der.meulen@fhi.nl.
