Price competitive thermal mass flow controller from Sensirion
Sensirion is expanding its product range with a completely new series of price-competitive mass flow controllers called the SFC6000. This new multi gas selectable SFC600 has an extremely fast settling time (<100msec) and a large dynamic range of 500:1, making this mass flow controller ideally suited for analytical, medical and industrial applications.
This new regulator comes standard with push-in fittings and is currently available with ranges of 5, 20 and 50slm. The SFC6000 is equipped with an I²C and RS485 bus as standard.
This mass flow controller is based on the innovative CMOSens technology. By using this patented technology, both the sensor element and signal processing are fully integrated into one CMOS chip. This results in an ultra-accurate system and high reproducibility, meaning no recalibration is required.
The SFC6000 series is suitable for a wide range of applications where the highest accuracy, speed and widest dynamic range are required, including: gas mixing in medical and analytical instruments, flow control in bioreactor and semiconductor applications and process control in industrial automation , research and development and prototyping.
