During the X-pedition you will taste all the flavors that our exhibitors have to offer in the field of food safety. Think of quality control of incoming milk using FT-A Lactoscope or testing for Salmonella using incubation. From cow to chocolate

If you follow the route of the X-pedition Food Safety, you will see innovations from cow to chocolate.

The first step, the quality control in dairy products, we demonstrate by means of the latest innovation from MLS, the Cyclone. This is a fully automatic 'walk away' system and it is able to automate the preparation of microbiological quality control in the food industry.

For several years there has been concern about contamination of mineral oils, such as lubricating oil, gloss agents or printing ink in our food. Step two is testing MOAH in cocoa seeds by means of NormalPhase HPLC at the stand of Axel Semrau.

At the stand of Beun de Ronde hear all about eelement analysis by means of microwave destruction. Microwave destruction is one of the most widely used methods for the analysis of heavy materials in food materials.

Detecting Salmonella is an essential step for our food safety. Thanks to rapid techniques for recognizing pathogens, Salmonella is being discovered more and more quickly. Nevertheless, confirmation of the positive result with incubation remains necessary. Hettich Benelux demonstrates the benefits of this at its stand.

Hygiene monitoring, in-process testing or disinfection control: whatever you call this step, it is crucial to ensure the safety of your product.
