PI Knowledge Sprint: Cybersecurity & PROFINET

Do you work daily as an engineer or technical professional with PROFIBUS or PROFINET in the process industry? Or are you an employer of this target group and do you want to strengthen the knowledge within your organization? Even if you are following a technical education that aligns with industrial automation, the PI Knowledge Sprints offer a compact and substantive way to deepen your knowledge in one morning.

Are you a customer or end user and do you want to know more about the technology and the latest developments? Then you are also welcome. During the PI Knowledge Sprints, you will gain insight into the current state of technology and discover what these developments mean for your organization.

What can you expect?

Each edition focuses on a current theme. On October 8, 2026 the first edition takes place at Drenthe College in Emmen. The theme is PROFINET & Cybersecurity. The morning starts with a short practical case study from an end-user or a board member of PI Nederland. Afterwards, experts guide you through six knowledge sprints of approximately twenty minutes. You build knowledge step by step: from the basics to in-depth knowledge and practical applications. This gives you a complete picture of the subject as well as the developments within the field.

Exchange knowledge and practical experiences.
Visit the exhibition floor and meet participating companies.
