Fast and chemical-free measurement of sodium and chloride with NanoNord NMR technology

The NanoNord Tveskaeg® analyzers offer an innovative solution for measuring sodium (Na) and chloride (Cl) in food products and process streams. Based on Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) technology, sodium is measured directly, without the use of chemicals or traditional titrations. This results in rapid analyses (approximately one minute), high accuracy, and excellent reproducibility. The systems require minimal sample preparation and are easy to operate, enabling deployment both in the laboratory and on the production floor.
