Who are we looking for?
As Service Manager, you lead our Dutch service organization of approximately 11 FTEs. You are visible to your team, think ahead, and translate the organization's direction into daily practice.
You are responsible for the daily management as well as the further development of our service organization. You lead Service Engineers, Support, and the Service Coordinator, and ensure a team where people enjoy working together and continue to develop.
In addition, you create the preconditions for your team to perform optimally and safeguard the quality of our service delivery, providing support with complex customer inquiries and escalations in close collaboration with Sales and Product Management.
You ensure a well-organized service organization with the right people, processes, and resources, contribute to Da Vinci's strategic direction, and represent Service within the Management Team. Finally, you identify opportunities to further improve our service delivery and translate these into concrete improvements.

You have a personality that gets people moving, and you have an affinity for laboratory technology. You don't need to have all the answers yourself, but you do know how to get a team to work together, delegate responsibility, and help people.
