Customer Service Officer
The function
As a Customer Service Officer, you are the link between our customers and the internal organization. You have daily contact with customers, account managers, and colleagues from various departments. Thanks to your overview and proactive attitude, you ensure that customer inquiries are handled smoothly and agreements are honored. Your key responsibilities are:
- Acting as the first point of contact for customers and following up on questions and requests;
- Processing, managing, and monitoring customer orders in the ERP system;
- Coordinating planning, delivery times, and order progress with internal departments;
- Informing customers about the status of orders, deliveries, and any discrepancies;
- Providing support with quotations, contract agreements, and administrative processes;
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and contributing to optimal service delivery.
In addition, you regularly participate in customer, logistics, and operational meetings. As a result, you are closely involved in the entire process and gain a good understanding of the dynamics between the customer, sales, planning, and production.
Your strength
You naturally have a proactive attitude. You work accurately, professionally, with initiative and decisiveness. You are someone who can communicate in a well-structured manner, both internally and externally. Additionally, you identify with the points below:
- A completed MBO education, preferably in a technical or commercial direction;
- Good command of the Dutch and English language, both spoken and written;
- You have a positive attitude and are solution and results oriented;
- Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office;
- You can work independently as well as in a team;
- You have an enthusiastic, commercial and eager to learn personality with a sense of commerce.

- A salary depending on knowledge and experience between €3,320 and €3,920 gross per month
