OT and IT, two disciplines, one cybersecurity mission

With the ever-continuing automation of production sites and essential infrastructure installations, OT and IT continue to grow closer and both domains get more interconnected with an increasing overlap in function. Now, where does the one stop and starts the other? Where is very close collaboration between both domains essential?

Using practical cases, problems occurring where OT and IT come together are discussed to identify their root causes. The presentation will furthermore explore possible solutions that will align the OT and IT domains and let them both flourish in their unique respective functions.
