Save the date Kick-off Electronics & Applications

For all exhibitors of Electronics & Applications 2023, FHI organizes an inspiring kick-off meeting on Thursday, May 11. Besides the practical aspects of the fair we will make it an instructive and interactive afternoon. Several workshops will be offered with directly applicable tips & tricks to optimally use social media channels for visitor recruitment. Think of recruiting with LinkedIn, How do you create content to recruit visitors? How can ChatGPT help you create content that appeals to your target audience? And how to use Instagram to reach younger audience?

Both registered exhibitors, as well as companies still considering exhibiting are welcome, along with the trade press, to learn more on this afternoon. The kick-off will take place at FHI, Leusderend 12 in Leusden. You can expect an invitation email shortly with a link to sign up for the kick-off.

Design for the exhibition gadget is almost ready

The PCB design for the E&A exhibition gadget is just about ready. The designers at Ideetron, the creators of the gadget, are currently working on the finishing touches and then the first prototype will roll off the production line. 

The gadget is an attractively designed coaster that activates LED lights via a sensor after detected movement. As a result, the lights turn on automatically when you for example place a cup on it. A fun and practical concept that surely will attract the E&A visitors!

Exhibition visitors can see with their own eyes how the gadget is produced in the production area. Here a 'Live Production Line' is set up with machines from exhibitors Europe SMT / KVMS where as many as 750 gadgets are being printed on the fair, half of the total number of gadgets. Experience shows that this attracts many visitors.

The remaining 750 gadgets will be assembled by A1 Electronics. The Bill of Materials is now in place and the first functional prototype is also ready. Companies interested in contributing to the project can contact project manager Melvin Brink.  

More exposure with company listing and own news on E&A website

If you participate in Electronics & Applications 2023, you are not only physically visible on the fair: on the E&A website you can create an extensive company profile as an exhibitor (free of charge). You will also be able to post your own (product) news. This is a handy online marketing tool that further increases your company's findability and exposure.

The months before the E&A - from Tuesday, September 26 to Thursday, September 28 in Jaarbeurs Utrecht - we see that the number of visits to the exhibition website increases enormously. Thousands of users are searching for interesting information on this website. The website provides a neutral platform where information from the organization, exhibitors, speakers and other partners come together.

Filling your profile and posting news items is an important factor in further increasing your online visibility. And this is very simple: you receive the login details from us as an exhibitor and you can then not only build or complete your profile on the E&A website, but also post your own content.
