Chroma 62000D

The Chroma 62000D Series is a programmable bidirectional DC power supply designed for advanced testing of energy storage systems, electric vehicle components, and renewable energy applications. The unit combines both power source and electronic load functions, enabling two-quadrant operation with the ability to both supply and absorb power while regenerating energy back to the grid.

With high power density of up to 45 kW in a compact 4U form factor and a fast transient response of less than 1.5 ms, the 62000D is ideal for testing EV power components, bidirectional on-board chargers, DC-DC converters, motor drivers, and battery systems. It also supports energy storage testing, microgrid applications, and PV inverter validation.
