Since 2026, the Medical Electronics Event has continued under the name Medical Technology Event. This new name reflects the broader focus of the event. Electronics remains an important component, but is one link within the complete chain of medical technology.

The Medical Technology Event focuses on the entire lifecycle of medical equipment: from concept and design to production, testing, certification, and application in healthcare practice.

The event brings together professionals from various disciplines. In addition to Industrial Electronics, Industrial Automation and Laboratory Technology are also represented. This creates a platform where knowledge, innovation, and practical experience converge, and where collaboration between disciplines accelerates the development of medical technology.
