Silicon Power Industrial launched its new eMMC 5.1 Series, featuring two compact storage solutions for industrial and embedded applications.

The series includes the EMC3R0N, available in 32GB, 64GB, and 128GB capacities with TLC NAND and up to 3,000 program/erase (P/E) cycles, and the 16GB EMC5R0N, which uses pSLC technology to deliver up to 30,000 P/E cycles for workloads with frequent data writes.

Both models feature a BGA153 package, sequential read/write speeds of up to 250/200 MB/s, and random read/write performance of up to 3,800/5,500 IOPS.

Compliant with JEDEC eMMC 5.1, the series includes SMART monitoring, LDPC ECC, and power-failure data protection. It supports 3.3V and 1.8V power supplies and operating temperatures from -25°C to 85°C.

Designed for space-constrained systems, the series supports applications such as POS terminals, HMIs, industrial PCs, controllers, IoT gateways, and surveillance systems.
