2nd Multiwave soldering machine for the Mach Technology group.

With a 2nd even faster Multiwave soldering robot from Vitronics Soltec people want to join CDS Electronics to be ahead of the rapidly growing demand for the production of high-quality electronics in the Netherlands.

Because not every design can be realized using SMT technology and there is still a reliable solution for the use of power electronics for electric driving or charging. though hole solder connection is necessary, a fast Multiwave soldering robot from Vitronics Soltec was chosen. With this machine the number of manual soldering can be greatly reduced or, if properly designed, eliminated completely. This makes it possible to compete with some low-wage countries where a lot of mass production is still carried out by hand. The extra multiwave is used in addition to the existing wave soldering lines and selective soldering machines.
