In 1995, Andries Lohmeijer founded the company 'Kreatieve ITapplicatieen', or KITT. Since its inception, KITT Engineering has operated at the intersection of technology and art. The company has grown into an engineering firm that translates creative ideas into smart technical applications. With extensive knowledge of hardware and software development, KITT Engineering realizes installations and systems where technology and experience converge.

We Are: LED Technology

KITT Engineering has over twenty years of experience with LED technology and has developed and realized a wide range of solutions during that time. These include large displays and LED facades, as well as interactive installations for public spaces. Furthermore, KITT's expertise extends beyond the installation of LED panels. The company also develops the control and monitoring systems required to ensure an installation functions reliably.

A good example of KITT's expertise is the LED facade of the Ziggo Dome in Amsterdam. KITT Engineering was responsible for replacing the existing LED technology. The Ziggo Dome was a large-scale project where reliability, image quality, and good integration into the existing facade came together.

We Are: Product Development

Developing technological products is also part of KITT Engineering's expertise. For example, for the company Lappset, KITT developed the Sutu, an interactive football wall with LED panels that respond to touch. Following this successful project, KITT has developed several interactive play structures that are used worldwide.
