In this workshop, you will gain practical and accessible insights into odor analysis with the Olfactometer. This advanced and user-friendly instrument for odor research and analysis supports both expert panels (training, evaluation, and testing) and consumer panels (preference research and odor mapping).
With the Olfactometer, you measure odor perception accurately and reproducibly thanks to controlled airflow, dilutions, and standardized odor presentations. Due to the smart design, the system is easy to operate and does not require special rooms or complex infrastructure. As a result, you can deploy the Olfactometer immediately in standard laboratories, production environments, or test facilities.
The workshop is aimed at professionals from the food, cosmetics, and chemical industries working on product development, quality control, and sensory research.
During the workshop, you will also receive a demonstration of the intuitive software. With this, you can efficiently perform measurements and analyze results quickly and clearly.
