E&A is the platform for industrial electronics in the Benelux where exhibitors can meet their customers at a attractive price.E&A will take place next year from 26 to 28 September in the Jaarbeurs in Utrecht. This edition will take place in hall 7. This exhibition hall is large and therefore offers more than enough growth opportunities for E&A and LabNL, the trade fair for the laboratory world that is organized by FHI at the same time as E&A.
At the E&A fair you will meet the entire electronics chain, from components to production and from design services to design. This makes E&A the meeting place for engineers, designers, developers and non-techies looking for solutions.

Who has a genius idea for the E&A 2023 exhibition gadget?

At FHI we do everything we can to get as many visitors as possible to the E&A fair, but we cannot do this without the efforts of our exhibitors. We know from experience that the gadget is a populair part of the fair. This gadget is an ingenious electronic device, often with a special twist, that visitors can collect free of charge during the fair. The gadget is conceived and developed by the participating exhibitors and produced live on the exhibition floor. Of course, the gadget also requires components and tests.
This project creates a wonderful opportunity to engage in conversation with visitors. At WoTS 2022, the 'parrot', an electronic parrot that records sounds and plays them back in a distorted manner, was a resounding success. Some visitors had even come to the fair especially to get a copy. During E&A 2023 we want to match and preferably exceed this success!

E&A conference program is taking shape and focuses on current themes

Visitors not only travel to the E&A trade fair to network and discover new products, but also to update their professional knowledge in a short period of time. We are proud that the draft lecture program is now known. The program closely matches the knowledge and skills of the exhibitors (design & engineering, components, test & measure, applications and production) and focuses on current themes in the industry. We will start with the following seminar topics:
- Internet of Things
- Industrial Design
- Electronics production (smart industry) and reshoring
- Finding and retaining technical personnel
- Hardware design before production
- Supply chain management/ obsolescence management
- Automotive / e-mobility
- (Embedded) software design
- Design for circularity
