embedded world 2026: Three topics engineers discussed with us
embedded world 2026 was an intense and inspiring week for the Eurocircuits team.
For three days our stand became a meeting point for developers, PCB designers and industry partners from across Europe. We would like to thank everyone who took the time to visit us, discuss their projects and exchange ideas with our engineers.
Many conversations quickly moved beyond the exhibition itself and into real design questions: routing challenges, installation constraints, stack-up decisions and the practical realities of moving from layout to manufacturable prototypes.
For those who couldn’t make it to Nuremberg, here are the topics that dominated the discussions at our stand.
Rigid boards that bend: The SEMI-FLEX pool
SEMI-FLEX PCBs attracted strong interest from engineers looking for practical ways to integrate bending zones directly into standard FR-4 boards.
This approach allows flexible installation while maintaining the robustness and cost structure of rigid PCBs.

When routing density reaches its limits: The HDI pool
With modern components and fine-pitch packages, many designs quickly reach the limits of standard multilayer technology.
The Eurocircuits HDI pool offers defined microvia-based buildups that enable compact layouts while keeping manufacturing well under

Closer to design: Why PCB manufacturing in Europe matters again
For many visitors the origin of PCBs has become a strategic topic again. Shorter supply chains, transparent processes and direct communication between design and manufacturing help reduce development risks and shorten iteration loops.
To support this, we continuously refine the Eurocircuits Visualizer,
enabling engineers to move more efficiently from design to manufacturable prototypes. In addition, all our PCBs for prototypes and small series are manufactured and assembled exclusively in Europe.
