In power applications, Silicon Carbide is often used to improve performance, but power dissipation remains a recurrent problem. On top of that, if you have some space constraint and still need to improve performance, it becomes a real headache. Our new SiC technology combined with our state-of-the-art isolated package, enables a compact system architecture while enhancing thermal management and improving the efficiency of power management.
