Since June 2016, LabMakelaar Benelux BV has been located in the building on the Knibbelweg in Zevenhuizen (ZH). Due to our enormous growth in recent years, we no longer fit in our current jacket. In the meantime, we have grown to 10 permanent employees, 5 flex employees, various agents and 3 business divisions:
– LabMakelaar for laboratory equipment and furniture
– Laboratory.shop for glassware and disposables
– LabForRent for rental and rental of laboratory spaces
Our logistics flow has become so large that our current warehouse is no longer adequate.
As of January 1, 2020, our neighbors' building has become available and we have taken over the lease. We will use the space as a warehouse for the storage of our laboratory furniture stock. By expanding with this building, we have almost doubled the surface area of our warehouse in one fell swoop!
The building will be prepared for use in the coming weeks. Among other things, the space must be set up as a warehouse and a passage has been created from our current to the new warehouse. We expect to have the new warehouse fully in use by the end of March. We will provide regular updates via our social media in the coming period and you can follow the progress of the renovation.
