The Carbon AM67 OSM-MF family from Ezurio, is a compact, high-performance System-on-Module (SoM) based on Texas Instruments’ AM67x processor family. It is designed for demanding commercial, industrial, and medical HMI applications, combining powerful heterogeneous processing, advanced graphics, AI acceleration, vision processing, and wireless connectivity.
The modules can be customized with different LPDDR4 RAM, eMMC storage, and Wi-Fi 6/Bluetooth configurations to suit specific product requirements. Multi-regional manufacturing and software/integration support are also provided.
