The GD32F505 series MCUs are based on the Arm® v8-M architecture and operate at frequencies of up to 280 MHz. They feature advanced DSP hardware accelerators and a single-precision floating-point unit (FPU), providing efficient processing for compute-intensive applications.

The series integrates three ADCs with sampling rates of up to 3 Msps and support for up to 25 channels. It also includes one fast comparator and one DAC, enabling functions such as fast protection response.
