Laird has identified at least 25 industries or OEM product sectors primed to fill large gaps in designs using GOF3000™, their new thermally and electrically conductive EMI graphite-over-foam gasket.
Shield EMI and transfer heat in compact spaces
GOF3000 provides thermal conductivity in the form of a traditional wrapped compressible foam gasket, along with an outside wrap for electrical conductivity. This gasket combines the thermal transfer performance of Laird’s Tgon™ 9000 synthetic graphite outside wrap and the repeatable compression and rebound of the foam core. This combination not only provides excellent EMI shielding but also a highly effective thermal transfer pathway. GOF3000 offers dual functionality that saves space while mitigating multiple common design challenges.
Improve conductivity with outer copper wrapper and silicone foam core
GOF3000 is an ideal gasket for space sensitive designs and efficient large gap size heat transfer with grounding in products across a wide range of industries including automotive and autonomous vehicle, consumer, health care, medical devices, industrial, military and aerospace, datacom, and telecom.
