The beat of the pick & place machines sets the rhythm in PCB assembly. We have accompanied the process with the camera and explain which steps are necessary to get the pick & place machine ready to go and how the components have to be prepared so that the machine can process them.
The Mycronic MY300 pick and place machine is predestined for our prototype and small series production with around 70 different orders with 1 to 5 assemblies per batch.
The video also explains how the pick & place machine knows exactly which parts from the BOM need to be placed where, how the entire process can be documented and tracked and what challenges and potential errors need to be overcome.
