The application of solder paste is considered one of the most demanding process steps in SMT production, requiring a great deal of process knowledge, experience and dexterity. Many factors have to work together to ensure that exactly the right amount of solder is applied in the right place!
In the video, we show how our PCB assembly applies the solder paste to the PCBs. You will also find out why different methods are used: manual, semi-automatic, fully automatic with the stencil printer and SMD stencils or directly and precisely via jetting.
