Providing the correct data for Via Filling
Last Technology Thursday we explained via filling. Via filling makes it possible to use vias as connection pads for components and increases process reliability when soldering components. It is possible to fill all or only some of the PTHs. In this case, the PTHs must be clearly marked for the PCB manufacturer.
