After these washing steps, a protease is added. This enzyme digests the proteins into peptides. These peptides can then be used for LC-MS/MS analysis.
Various sizes
Not every lab processes the same amount of sample. Therefore, S-Trap™ available in multiple formats.
The S-Trap™ Micro Columns are suitable for smaller quantities of protein. The Mini Columns are intended for medium-sized samples. For larger quantities, there are Midi Columns.
