For whom

This training has been developed for managers and MT members in the technology industry who lead technical teams and are responsible for translating organizational strategy into daily execution.

Program

  • Day 1: Organization and the leadership role. Mission, vision, and strategy. Culture and unwritten rules. The leader as a carrier of culture.
  • Day 2: Coaching leadership and financial management. Recognizing and utilizing personality types. Expanding the circle of influence. Interpreting cost analysis and the budget.
  • Day 3: Change management and commercial training. Leading change and overcoming resistance. Stakeholder management and negotiation. Identifying and capitalizing on commercial opportunities.

Result

After this training, you will translate strategy to the workplace, lead change processes in a goal-oriented manner, manage stakeholders professionally, and have insight into the financial and business aspects of your leadership role.
