Work preparation
- From design to executable work package
- Grip on planning, calculation, and project administration
- Preparing complex projects and managing interfaces
Good work preparation largely determines whether a project runs smoothly. Those who translate an assignment into clear work packages, a realistic schedule, and accurate administration prevent errors, delays, and disputes on the shop floor. In the technology sector, where projects are becoming increasingly complex and multiple parties are involved, this expertise is indispensable. The Work Preparation track at the FHI Academy trains work preparers from the basics to an advanced level. The first training covers the complete basic process from A to Z. The second training is an in-depth course for experienced work preparers dealing with complex projects, multiple contract types, and interfaces between parties.
