Technical professionals in the technology sector are increasingly working on projects. From system integration and installation to complex engineering processes, project-based work requires different skills than hands-on work. Those who understand how a project runs, how to manage scope, and how to steer towards results make a better contribution and prevent costly mistakes.

The Projects learning track of the FHI Academy guides technical professionals step by step towards controlled project management. From an initial introduction to project phases and roles, through recognizing and documenting scope changes, to fully managing planning, budget, and risk.
