Technical professionals advancing to a leadership role face a different challenge than in their field. No longer executing tasks themselves, but providing direction, bringing people along, and achieving results through others. This requires new skills and a different perspective.

The Leadership learning track of the FHI Academy guides technical professionals through every step of this development: from the initial transition to a leadership role, via managing a team, to strategically steering direction and change. Each training aligns with a specific phase and target group within the technology sector.

The learning pathway consists of three training courses:

From specialist to manager
For newly appointed managers evolving from 'doing it yourself' to directing.
Managing teams
For team leaders, coordinators, and lead engineers who manage a technical team.
Strategic leadership
For managers with technical teams that provide direction and translate policy to the shop floor.
