Industrial automation

  • From accessible foundation to modern automation architectures
  • Designing (cyber)safely according to applicable standards
  • Targeted application of IIoT, Cloud, and new technologies

Industrial automation is under pressure from two sides: on the one hand, the rise of IIoT, cloud, and software-defined automation; on the other, stricter requirements regarding safety, cybersecurity, and regulations. The Industrial Automation track at the FHI Academy builds knowledge that aligns with both, from basic to specialist level.

Whether you are entering the industry without a technical background, want to substantiate architecture and technology choices as an engineer, or wish to secure and certify installations as a safety or security specialist: the learning path offers suitable training for your role.
