Work Preparation 1 (WeVo 1)

Good work preparation is the foundation for successful project execution. In this course, you will learn how to translate a design or assignment into complete, executable work packages: with the right materials, clear drawings, a realistic schedule, and comprehensive project administration.

The program was developed for and with companies in the technology sector. It focuses not on technical expertise, but on the work preparation process from A to Z. Whether you are transitioning from a technical role or are a career changer: after this program, you will be able to independently prepare projects and make them feasible.

Roles and responsibilities within a project team. Project control: time, money, quality, information, and organization. Collaborating and communicating in a project environment. Negotiating and managing change. Closing and evaluating projects.
