The step after construction: Managing and optimizing

Delivering a building is one thing. Maintaining structural performance is a discipline in itself. Solving malfunctions is not enough; you want to adjust, optimize, and monitor the lifespan. In this training, you will learn how to move from reactive to proactive management: working less reactively, gaining more control over the whole picture.

  • Properly adjusting buildings after delivery

  • Energy performance and comfort improve over the lifespan
  • Setting up a maintenance strategy and monitoring lifespan
