The technician as ambassador

As a service technician, mechanic, or installer, you visit customers daily. You are the face of your organization. Through the way you communicate, listen, and respond, you help build the customer relationship. In this training, you will learn how to consciously fulfill that role: acting professionally, identifying and passing on opportunities, and contributing to a positive customer experience.

Program

  • Part 1: Your role as an ambassador. What does customer-focused work mean in the technology industry? Attitude, behavior, and appearance. How do you contribute to the customer relationship?
  • Part 2: Communication and complaint management. Dealing with customer inquiries and complaints. Showing empathy and remaining professional. Passing on feedback within your own organization.
  • Part 3: Identifying opportunities and personal action plan. Recognizing and passing on commercial opportunities. Conversation techniques: asking questions and listening. Personal action plan: what will you do differently tomorrow?

Result

After this training, you will act more professionally with the client, recognize commercial opportunities and know how to pass them on, handle complaints and difficult situations constructively, and actively contribute to a good client relationship.
