By submitting the registration form you are registering as a stand-holder at Electronics & Applications 2023. By submitting this form you agree to the general terms and conditions for participation E&A 2023 and the general terms and conditions Jaarbeurs Utrecht. Once we have received the completed registration form, the participant will receive a confirmation of registration. Participation in E&A 2023 is possible from 16 sqm.
Stand
The organization will build a standard stand for all exhibitors. These stands are all equipped with the same standard package. This package includes: white partition walls of 2.5 meters high, carpet tiles (choice of several colors), fascia with company name, lights, standard furniture (choice of 3 options), lockable storage and electricity connection. Your stand will have a professional appearance at a low cost.

As an exhibitor you have the possibility to make use of extra options. See the form ‘Stand building specifications’. These options are offered at an additional cost.
Additional company announcement
Every exhibitor at E&A 2023 will be mentioned with their company name on the floor plan, this website, the exhibition app and in exhibitors lists in several media. If you have any other exhibitors at your stand, we can also mention their name. You can find more information on the form ‘Additional company announcement’.
An amount of € 529,- excluding VAT will be charged for each additional company announcement.
